This season we’ve been celebrating both the holidays and the people behind our success. From honoring our Quarter Century Club members (25+ years of service) and celebrating retirements, to recognizing Going the Extra Mile award recipients, kicking off our Journey to Zero safety campaign, enjoying holiday gatherings (yes, even Elf on the Shelf!), and giving back by adopting angel tags in support of Santa Helpers and CPS foster children. It’s been a season full of gratitude, connection, and appreciation at Sabre Industries. Thank you to the employees who continue to build our culture, drive our success, and shape our future.

We were glad to host POWER Engineers/WSP during their Transmission Design training. Engineers from more than 10 offices across the U.S. and Canada toured our plant for hands-on exposure to the manufacturing side of T-line design. “At POWER Engineers/WSP, we put a huge emphasis on training our new hires to be experts in our industry. Today, we paused to honor the incredible service and sacrifice of our Veterans. Across several of our sites, we hosted events celebrating the men and women who’ve proudly served. We also continued our special tradition: every Veteran on our team received a Sabre Veterans shirt and employees had the opportunity to purchase one, with all proceeds benefiting Homes for Veterans, a nonprofit dedicated to helping disabled veterans live barrier‑free. To all Veterans: thank you for your service, your courage, and for inspiring us every day.
Sabre Spotlight: Colton Lopez – Systems Administrator, Alvarado, TX. Colton started at Sabre 12 years ago as a welder fitter and worked his way up through multiple roles, mastering blueprints, plasma cutting, and team leadership. While studying IT at Western Governors University in 2023, he shifted into IT at Sabre, starting in PC Support to his current promotion as Systems Administrator. Colton’s journey is a powerful reminder that at Sabre, what you start as isn’t where you have to stay. We’re proud to celebrate his success — and the culture of growth that helps our people learn, evolve, and thrive.
