#PrideMonth is just the right time to tell you what we’ve done so far this year to make sure all our employees feel supported. Here are three things we’ve been doing: 🌈In January this year we began to collect voluntary diversity data from Revoluters. And it’s given us a lot of insights on how to get even better at making Revolut more LGBTQ+ inclusive 🌈In March we started a mentoring programme to support Revoluters from diverse backgrounds 🌈In May our Executive Committee took part in a D&I training to make diversity and inclusion at Revolut bloom even more! We also appointed a D&I Specialist who’s been supporting the design and delivery of our D&I Framework. Get to know James and his perspective on D&I at Revolut in our “Think deeper” interview.
