International Women’s Day is a global moment to recognise the achievements of women - and a call to accelerate gender parity. To celebrate, we came together to share messages of appreciation for the women who contribute so much to our culture, customers, and growth. The result - this board full of well-deserved recognition that we’re proud to share today 💙 We’re also proud to see women leading important conversations across our industry. Recently, at Manifest Vegas, Laura-Sophie Fava, our Chief Customer Officer, hosted our VIP event, bringing together leaders from UPS, Imperative Logistics, and Dynamo Ventures to cut through the noise around AI in supply chain. At Raft, we know that the brilliance and leadership women bring are essential pillars of our collective success. We’re proud to share that Raft is outperforming the industry on gender parity. While the UK tech average sits at 𝟮𝟱–𝟮𝟴%, we’ve held steady at 𝟯𝟰–𝟯𝟵% 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿. There’s still more to do, but it’s one of the ways we’re working to lead the way 🙌 Today - and every day - we celebrate the women shaping the future of supply chain, logistics, and technology.
