In our latest blog, written by our medical advisor Almudena Fuster Matanzo, she analyzes how RWE, derived from routine clinical practice, provides valuable information on treatment outcomes in diverse populations. This data, combined with AI-based imaging, improves early detection, treatment personalization and staging. 🇬🇧 Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in the UK, yet there is no national screening. The result? Late diagnosis, higher mortality rates and higher treatment costs. The report by Deloitte and Prostate Cancer Research highlights that targeted screening can be a game-changer: saving lives, addressing inequalities, such as the double mortality rate for black men, and cutting healthcare costs by up to £204 million over five years. Integrating artificial intelligence into healthcare systems is more than just a technological leap—it’s a transformative change improving patient care, boosting efficiency, and aiding physician decisions. French hospitals, like CHU de Lille, are already adopting these innovations. One example is Prof. Philippe PUECH, Chief of service, who shared this video showing how QP-Prostate® is integrated into the workflow of their new tool. This is a true demonstration of how technology and physicians are working side by side to reach new levels of medical excellence.
