At CLINICA DIAGNOSTICO SAN MIGUEL S.L., the integration of tools like QP‑Prostate® CAD has marked a turning point in #ProstateCancer diagnosis. Advanced predictive models, personalized insights, and seamless integration with image-guided therapies are redefining treatment planning and follow-up. Leading institutions now understand that AI is more than just a diagnostic aid—it’s a fundamental pillar of modern, patient‑centered care. 👉 Because AI doesn’t replace the radiologist—it enhances them. Integrating it into practice means more accurate, efficient, and patient-centered care. DIEGO MASJOAN | Rocio Gil Marculeta
It is always good news when our technology reaches even further. Thanks to our partnership with Blackford, QP-Prostate® will bring AI prostate cancer detection to even more radiologists. This collaboration reinforces our shared commitment to improving patient outcomes through earlier and more accurate detection of aggressive prostate cancer. By expanding access to advanced AI tools, we are supporting radiologists in delivering faster, more consistent, and more precise diagnoses. Together, we continue to drive innovation in medical imaging and precision oncology. #AIinRadiology #ProstateCancer #MedicalImaging #DigitalHealth #HealthcareInnovation
What do predictive modeling, digital twins, and AI for preventative medicine have in common? Today the last Consortium Meeting of the ProCanAid project, coordinated by Quibim and with the collaboration of Universidad de Zaragoza (UNIZAR) and Medical Research Institute La Fe (IIS La Fe), was held in Las Naves, Valencia. Thanks to our biweekly online meetings and the 7 in person consortium meeting events that have taken place every 6 months, we can say that this project is a success because.... 🔹 We have created a ProCanAid platform, which includes an extensive dataset of MRI images at different timepoints from 364 patients diagnosed with prostate cancer at HULAFE and analyzed with QP-Prostate and QP-Prostate CAD to obtain biomarkers used in the creation of digital twins by UNIZAR. 🔹 We have developed a model for automatic segmentation of neurovascular bundles, which will be integrated into the digital twin. This project is now complete, but we are aware of the legacy these achievements leave to improve the future of precision medicine. Thank you to all partners for making it possible! #ProCanAid #DigitalTwins #PrecisionMedicine #IAinHealth #Radiology #HealthTech
Former U.S. President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer. His openness serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of awareness and early detection. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men, affecting 1 in 8 in the U.S. Survival rates are high when the disease is detected early, but too often, diagnosis occurs at a later stage, when treatment becomes more complex and outcomes are poorer. To change this, it is essential to expand screening programs, raise public awareness of risk factors and symptoms, and integrate AI-powered tools into clinical practice. Early diagnosis does not happen by chance: it requires a combination of technology, education, and equitable access. https://bit.ly/3Znp6NG #ProstateCancer #AIinHealthcare #MedicalImaging
