#5daystohappier was the theme of this year's Wellbeing Week at PeopleCert. We slowed down, reconnected and put our wellbeing front and centre. We stepped up to the global Steps Challenge 👟 and took time to learn and reflect with uplifting seminars on positive thinking 🧘 and overcoming old habits. ▶️ Of course, we had our energy boosts too: 🕺 A Zumba session with a twist (we’re still catching our breath) 🎤 A Karaoke contest that proved talent comes in many forms 🍎 Plenty of fresh fruit 🙏 And plenty of shared moments of gratitude To the PeopleCert team that showed up, moved, laughed, learned and lifted each other up, thank you. ✨A powerful step against #ageism in the workplace.✨ The first-ever #AdvantAge #CareerDay in Greece, exclusively for mature professionals, was not just an event. It was a message — loud, clear, and long overdue: #experience is a #strength, not a limitation. More than 500 talented and experienced individuals showed up, carrying with them decades of wisdom, resilience, and ambition. They came to be seen, to be heard, and to claim their place in the future of work. And they were met by over 25 forward-thinking companies who said: we see you, we need you, we welcome you. GPMA | ΣΔΑΔΕ together with KPMG Greece and The American College of Greece launched few years ago #AdvantAge not just as an initiative — but as a movement. Today reminded us why we do what we do. It was a day of hope. Of dignity. Of rewriting the rules. We’re not stopping here. We owe it to every capable human being to create a world where no one is left behind for the wrong reasons. 🙌🏻

The World: I think I'll just have a normal day at the office today. In Greece: Let’s grill EVERYTHING and dress up in costumes. Welcome to Tsiknopempti: Greece’s legendary excuse to eat all the grilled meat while dressed like pirates, sleeping beauties or whatever was on sale. 🥩🎭 We set up souvlaki bars, fired up the grills and cranked up the music. The result? A mix of delicious chaos, dance moves and a workday that felt more like a festival than a regular Thursday.
