      Juneteenth reminds us of the power of community. Our BFF and BIPOC Employee Resource Groups brought teams from across the country together for the Juneteenth Jubilee, trivia, real conversations, and a shared moment to reflect on history and what it means today. Shelby Cummings, Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist, said it best: "As long as we keep talking about it in our family and our friend circles, and supporting events and organizations that put on events, then hopefully it doesn't get lost going forward." At our headquarters in Atlanta, our team took that energy into the community. Volunteers spent the day with Hands on Atlanta assembling 900 STEM Kits and 50 AmeriCorps Support Kits headed straight to teachers and students at local partner schools. Kenneth Clark, Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst, summed up the day beautifully: "Juneteenth means celebrating Black heritage and the day we freed the slaves. I am proud of the progress we have made as a society and culture." At OneDigital, we believe that a true culture of belonging means we don't just acknowledge history; we learn from it, we sit with it, and we let it shape how we show up for one another every single day.       This Memorial Day, we paused. We remembered. We honored. Memorial Day is a day to mourn and honor the American military personnel who gave their lives in service to our country, and this year, our OneDigital family showed up in a powerful way. Across our offices, our team proudly displayed Prisoner of War/Missing in Action (POW/MIA) Tables to honor the fallen and stand alongside our military families. To every office, every team member, every Veteran, and every OneDigital friend who participated, we are deeply grateful. #WeAreOneDigital #MemorialDay

"Being an advocate for your own health is key" - Dr. Young Cardiologist of Howard University Hospital Thank you to our ERGs and Culture Crews for leading the way in building a more connected and empowered community. #WeAreOneDigital
