As a Senior Sales Manager at OnTrac, I focus on supporting our sales managers and existing customers while also growing the business through new partnerships. A typical day includes working closely with sales managers and our customers, to understand their shipping needs, helping solve challenges, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience, and connecting with prospective customers to show how OnTrac can support their business. Every day is different, which keeps the role both exciting and rewarding What stands out most about working here? What stands out most is the people and the collaborative environment. There is a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, and finding solutions for our customers. It’s rewarding to work alongside talented team members who are committed to delivering results and helping businesses grow. Outside of work, what keeps you busy? I work as a CEM (Customer Enablement Manager), where my primary focus is to ensure customers are set up for success with us from the beginning. My typical day starts with reviewing customer inquiries, priorities, and ongoing projects. A good portion of a time is spent onboarding new customers. I also meet with existing customers to make sure their issues; concern is addressed and align on goals to make sure everything is smooth. What stands out most about working here? What stands out most about working at OnTrac is the strong sense of family and belonging across the organization. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a few different departments, and no matter where I’ve been, I’ve always felt at home. Each transition felt less like starting over and more like joining another supportive team that genuinely wants you to succeed.
