We look forward to continuing the momentum in public sector markets across Asia Pacific — delivering measurable value while helping the public sector build the data trust and operating readiness needed for an agent-driven future.
From possibility to practicality – scaling Physical AI for the real world. At the recent AGIBOT Global Partner Conference, NCS signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AGIBOT Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co and Anhui Huazhi Tiancheng Technology Co (HZTC) to develop and deploy customised humanoid robotics solutions for government and enterprise clients across Singapore and the Asia Pacific. The partnership brings together: • NCS' strength in systems integration and mission-critical deployments • AGIBOT's advanced humanoid platforms • HZTC's deep customisation expertise Robots will be able to "see, think, and act" effectively in complex real-world environments – powered by technologies such as AI-powered perception and environmental awareness, coordinated full-body movement and precise object handling, real-time mapping and navigation, and edge computing. Our CEO, Sam Liew, shared, "By combining AGIBOT's humanoid platforms with NCS' deep industry sector expertise and proven track record in delivering mission-critical systems, we enable public agencies and enterprises across Singapore and the Asia Pacific to deploy Physical AI confidently in real-world environments, enhancing frontline operations, improving service delivery, and strengthening organisational resilience." Together, we are excited to bring humanoid robotics into everyday lives, safely and securely.
Sustainability goes beyond reducing carbon emissions or deploying green technology—it also lies in the everyday behaviours that shape our environment and culture. We are honoured to receive the KeepSGClean Award from the Public Hygiene Council (PHC) at the recent Keep Singapore Clean 2026 Launch🏆🌟! This recognition also coincides with PHC’s 15th anniversary, celebrating its role as the driving force behind the “Keep Singapore Clean” movement, evolving from ground-up initiatives into a nationwide standard of excellence. As a member of PHC’s Corporate Action Network (C.A.N.), NCS is committed to driving corporate-led activities in conjunction with PHC to lead the change towards a clean and healthy environment for all. Together, we can build a strong culture of environmental stewardship—one that extends from the workplace to our homes and the wider community.
We're proud to share a key milestone in NCS’ responsible AI journey. The Ministry of Manpower Contact Centre (MOM CC) has attained ISO/IEC 42001, the world’s first international standard for an AI Management System (AIMS). This marks MOM CC as the very first project in NCS to achieve ISO 42001 under this new AI management standard, affirming the robust governance, risk management and accountability measures embedded in how AI is designed, deployed and managed within the project. It reflects a disciplined, end to end approach to ensuring AI systems are transparent, ethical and aligned with regulatory and societal expectations. This achievement is more than a recognition; it strengthens how we embed responsible AI governance across our projects and supports the broader adoption of AI standards across NCS.
Real impact is never a solo effort—it’s built through a shared vision and a strong ecosystem. At the recent Huawei Singapore Partner Summit 2026, we were honoured to be recognised with two major awards: 🏆𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 🏆𝗔𝗜 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 These awards reflect the collective effort of our teams and our strong collaboration with Huawei in delivering meaningful, AI-led solutions that drive innovation, growth, and client transformation. The summit was a great platform for sharing insights on the AI-led era. Our CEO, Sam Liew, delivered a keynote on how no one can run the AI race alone, highlighting three key takeaways: • AI is transforming organisations by optimising efficiency, extending workforce capacity, and enabling entirely new business models. • While AI drives demand for infrastructure, it also requires organisations to reshape workforce roles and prioritise responsible AI governance. • Winning requires a strong technology ecosystem where infrastructure providers, developers, and integrators collaborate to build the AI economy. Our Chief Corporate Development & Synergy Officer, Howie Lau, also joined the panel alongside Tian Beng Ng, Eng Choon Goh, and 🇸🇬 Hong-Eng Koh to discuss accelerating AI maturity and adoption across the landscape. We look forward to continuing this journey together with Huawei, turning technological breakthroughs into lasting impact for our clients.
At NCS, inspiring the next generation goes beyond access to technology. It is about building confidence, curiosity, and the belief that they can shape their future in an AI driven world. Celebrating Life Community Ltd. (LCSS)’s 30th Anniversary alongside former President Dr. Tony Tan was a meaningful reminder of what long term partnerships can achieve. Since 2023, NCS has worked closely with LCSS to mentor children from vulnerable backgrounds, equipping them with digital skills that open doors to opportunity. At the event, this came to life through a Google Gemini powered app, developed by our Digital Engineering team, transforming dreams into AI generated art. The children took the lead in operating the app and confidently sharing them with more than 300 attendees. As we deepen our partnership with LCSS, we remain committed to bridging the digital divide and ensuring every child can unlock the possibilities of technology.
We’re honoured to receive the 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 (𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱) from the Ministry of Transport, Singapore for our Information Experimentation Platform (iEP), developed in partnership with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). Since 2020, NCS has worked closely with CAAS to reimagine how aviation data supports air traffic management (ATM). This partnership led to the development of iEP, CAAS’ first cloud‑based aviation data platform that integrates diverse aviation data sources and serves as a foundation for experimentation and innovation. By bringing data together on a single platform, iEP empowers data‑driven decision‑making and enables new ATM concepts to be tested, evaluated and refined before operational implementation, while supporting the development of new use cases. This recognition reflects the strength of long‑term partnership and a shared commitment to innovation. It also acknowledges the collective efforts of teams across NCS and CAAS in delivering meaningful innovation in a complex, mission‑critical domain. We’re proud to support CAAS in advancing safer, more efficient and more intelligent skies for Singapore. ✈️
