Jennifer joined the home in 2003 as a care assistant and has worked her way up through the ranks to senior carer, assistant manager and then into her current role as home manager in 2008.
The home previously featured in the same category in 2018,19,20,21,22,24 and now in 2025.

The Leeds home recently unveiled the new room ‘Seashell Cove’ which was opened by the Ibbotson family, in honour of Susan Ibbotson, a former resident of the home.
We’ve been keeping a secret... 🤐 MHA Hall Grange was proud to host some of the cast and crew of the critically-acclaimed BBC comedy Amandaland! You can see the exterior of the home as it became Merryview care home in episode 4, along with a scene shot in one of Hall Grange’s lounges. Residents and the team were able to meet the show’s stars Lucy Punch and Joanna Lumley and see for themselves how a crew works to film a tv programme. All the actors and crew were extremely complementary about Hall Gange and we loved hosting them.

The pair met during a dance in Dunfermline in 1959 and got married at Dunfermline Abbey two years later.
