At Lutheran SeniorLife, we believe that kindness, respect, and understanding are the foundations of a thriving workplace and community. This August, let's celebrate National Civility Month by committing to positive interactions, supportive communication, and fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. Whether it's a simple "thank you," a listening ear, or a helping hand, each act of civility makes a difference. Join us in spreading positivity and building a more compassionate world, one small gesture at a time. Feel free to share your stories of civility and kindness with us! We’d love to hear how you’re making a positive impact. #NationalCivilityMonth #BeKind #RespectMatters #CommunityFirst

This Juneteenth, we honor a profound moment in history—one of freedom, equality, and unwavering resilience. On June 19, 1865, Union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas, with news that the Civil War had ended and that the enslaved were free, marking the end of slavery in the United States. At Lutheran SeniorLife, as we reflect on this pivotal event, let us commit to learning, growing, and working together to foster a truly inclusive community. Today, we not only remember the struggles and triumphs of the past but also dedicate ourselves to shaping a brighter, more just future for all. #Juneteenth2024 #Unity #Freedom #Inclusion
