The partnership is designed to deliver not only game-day energy but also year-round community impact. From tailgates to road trips, Kwik Fill has been fueling Bills fans for generations, and now the connection is official. “Bills fans are some of the most loyal and hardworking people you’ll ever meet and that’s exactly who we serve every day at Kwik Fill,” said Beth Caldwell, AVP of Retail Administration. “We’re more than just a gas station, we are part of the daily routine for thousands of fans. Whether it’s grabbing a snack on the way to work or filling up before heading to Highmark Stadium, we are proud to be part of what fuels Bills Country.” A highlight of the partnership is the shared commitment to giving back. Kwik Fill’s annual Operation Give Thanks campaign, held each November, raises vital funds to support local veterans and military families. Through this partnership with the Buffalo Bills, the campaign will reach new heights with special events and fan-driven opportunities both in-store and online.

Recently, our HR department hosted a "Party in the Park" in Warren, PA, for our Kwik Fill and URC office employees. The event included great food, games, prizes, and entertainment by Akoostikly Challenged.

We are excited to announce that we are partnering with Wisely by ADP, and Kwik Fill employees will now have the option of earned wage access.
Our Kwik Fill location managers recently gathered at the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie, Pennsylvania, for the 2025 Kwik Fill Trade Show. Our Managers had the opportunity to meet with other managers from the tri-state area, speak with vendors, and place orders for their locations for the upcoming year. The longevity of our employees was a primary topic at the evening dinner. For some of our managers, including managers from the recently acquired Pump N Pantry locations, it was their first year attending the Kwik Fill Trade Show. For other managers, it was most definitely not their first rodeo. There are so many stories of employees who have grown with Kwik Fill into their Management roles, leaving the stores, becoming leaders for their Districts, and moving into other positions within our corporate offices. The next day, the event was rounded out with short presentations containing basic reminders from our Security and HR departments and ended with an outstanding speaker, Brian Blasko. Brian led 300+ individuals in team-building activities and animated motivational speaking before everyone left to return to their home stores.
