⛳ Lush fairways 💖 Empowering sisterhood 🤝 Inspiring connections One weekend of ✨MAGIC✨ Thanks to Black Girls Golf and founder Tiffany Mack Fitzgerald for hosting their 2024 Executive Retreat in our very own Kohler, Wisconsin. In our second year as the host location, the event was once again coordinated in partnership with Kohler’s business resource group BLK Catalyst to support more opportunities for women and girls to learn, practice, and play golf. Fifty-five women from across the U.S. joined us for an incredible weekend of sunrise yoga, lessons and rounds of golf at Whistling Straits, networking, and a volunteer session assembling feminine hygiene kits for Milwaukee Project Homeless Connect. Keynote speaker Elandria Jackson Charles, Founder and Chief Joy Officer of Ayoka Partners in Philanthropy, rounded out the event by sharing her views on the urgency of joy and its importance in finding our purpose and peace. 🚿 A shower is so much more than basic hygiene. It can mean the ability to stay employed, improve mood, and foster a sense of dignity and wellbeing. Partnering with ShowerUp, our team in Huntsville, AL, installed a permanent KOHLER shower trailer to provide a safe showering space and hygiene supplies for the community’s unhoused population. Associate volunteers will help manage and staff the trailer, greeting community members and ensuring each shower stall is prepared to offer a gracious experience. Since 2018, KOHLER shower trailers have provided hygiene access around the world for unhoused communities and those in the wake of natural disasters and other crises, including wildfire displacement, hurricane recovery, and COVID-19 field hospitals. #AltogetherKohler #BecomeMoreAtKohler

To celebrate #NationalInternDay, our rockstar interns and co-ops traded in their laptops for work gloves! 💪 More than 70 volunteers from Kohler, WI, rolled up their sleeves to help local organizations including Terry Andrae State Park, RCS Empowers, Project Angel Hugs, Nourish Farms, and the Sheboygan Historical Museum.
