Severe Weather Action Plans (SWAP) involve accurately establishing de-staffing thresholds based on forecast wave heights, enabling the safe evacuation of personnel from offshore structures prior to extreme weather events. However, defining these thresholds and translating analysis results into actionable procedures is complex.
