Mr. Tanmay Mathur, Head - Product, Hughes Systique, was invited to share his insights at HP's Z-Transform Edition 25 in New Delhi. Mr. Amit Gupta, AVP – Engineering, Hughes Systique, was invited to join a committee which was set up by Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), the R&D wing of Ministry of Defence, Govt of India. The committee was set up to define the AI validation and Verification guidelines for inducting AI in the defence forces. It was constituted of eminent members from academia, scientists from DRDO and Mr. Gupta, one of the 2 industry experts in the committee, represented HSC. He noted that, “It was an honour to be a part of this esteemed committee. It allowed me to interact with industry experts but also gave me & HSC the opportunity to be of help to our nation & the forces”. The findings of the committee were published and released at DRDO Quality & Innovation at DRDO Bhawan in Delhi.
At Nasscom’s Data Security Council of India (DSCI) Excellence Awards, Hughes Systique was recognised as a finalist for the award in "Best Security Practices in IT-ITeS (Medium)" category. The recognition reflects HSC’s significant achievement and acknowledges the maturity of our security framework, continuous improvement initiatives among the rigorous evaluation criteria and high calibre of participating organizations across the sector. The recognition also highlights Hughes Systique’s excellence & innovation in cybersecurity and information security area. DSCI Excellence Awards is a well-established and credible recognition program organized by the not-for-profit industry body – DSCI, founded by NASSCOM which is dedicated to promoting data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity in India. Mr. Vinod Sood, MD, Hughes Systique Corporation and Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry's DX Committee, was invited to deliver the opening remarks at CII’s Big Data and Analytics Conclave, held at ITC Maurya, Delhi. Mr. Sood joined the conclave virtually and observed that with India’s acceleration in adopting Artificial Intelligence across enterprises and governments, “building scalable, interoperable, and high-quality data platforms is no longer optional but a strategic imperative.” Mr. Gaurav Mehrotra, Sr. Director, HSC, was also invited to participate in a panel discussion to speak on “AI-Ready Data Foundations: Platforms & Quality”.
