Hughes Systique (HSC), a globally renowned Digital Engineering solutions provider, is delighted to announce that they are the first company globally to be appraised at Maturity Level 5, in the combined benchmarking appraisal for the three domains of Development, Services and People, against the newer version of CMMI, 3.0. The results were announced after ISACA completed its audit of the appraisal findings. While discussing CMMI Level 5, Mr. Vinod Sood, Managing Director of Hughes Systique, said, “CMMI has acted as a strong enabler in helping us attain our business objectives related to customer satisfaction and employee engagement. The adoption and sustenance of hashtag#CMMI at Hughes Systique has resulted in significant gains in higher predictability in project execution and world-class people practices”.
At the recently concluded competition conducted by International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and Zindi, a social enterprise on a mission to build the data science ecosystem in Africa & also the first data science competition platform in the continent, two teams from Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) have won bronze medals and their solutions have been ranked 7th and 8th globally. Aayushi Gupta, Pratik Patel, Udit Sharma and YATIN TOMER’s team presented their solution on “AI For Good ITU Challenge: AIntuition - Unlocking Efficiency for Public Sector with Retrieval Augmented Generation Applications” and was adjudged as the 7th best solution and securing a place in top 40% participants globally. It was Adwitiya Singh, Ipshita Datta and Om Prakash Sahoo’s solution of, “Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) for Public Services and Administration tasks” was not only adjudged as the 8th best solution out of the 185 participating teams but were also one of the only three teams invited to present their solution at the AI for good Global Summit 24', hosted by ITU and 'AI for Good' due to their novice approach at ITU’s Global headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. With majority of the participants being freshers and the next generation of engineers, HSC’s culture of innovation and learning have made us proud once again as we congratulate the winners and wish them to win many more such accolades in the future.
At the 3rd edition of India Space Congress, Mr. Pradeep Kirnapure, Distinguished Engineer, Hughes Systique Corporation, was invited as a speaker to take part in a panel discussion on "Collaboration and convergence: IT and Space sector synergies". Mr. Arpit Jain, Mr. Bhagwan Sahai and Mr. Bharat Sapra from HSC attended the conference as delegates which was held at The Lalit in New Delhi. Brig. Marking the 10th year of International Day of Yoga, we at Hughes Systique Corporation celebrated the day with an extended session focused on Pranayama, the practice of breath regulation. HSCians were supervised by Yoga Acharya and one of the senior-most Sivananda trained teachers in India, Mr. Arun Pandala from Sivananda Yoga Centre, Gurgaon. During the one-hour long session, HSCians practiced Pranayama and were made known of the various benefits of it, which becomes even more essential for the fast-paced lives in cities. One of the few HSCians who have seen not just the company grow but also the people in it, the Golden Heart of HSC in this edition is Mr. Pradiman Pandita, VP – IT, Hughes Systique. Mr. Pandita, in addition to heading the CSR team of HSC – Parivartan, has also been actively working with various organisations and also on a personal level to create a community which we all can be proud of. Taking the time out of his busy schedule, Mr. Pandita makes sure to do his bit for society with NGOs be it aiding the rescued animals, promoting own culture or cleaning the Yamuna. Mr. Sumeet Pandey, Senior Principal Engineer, Hughes Systique, participated in a panel discussion at CII’s Cloud Summit on the topic of “Hybrid Cloud and Multi-Cloud Architectures: Optimising AI Workloads”. The event was held at The Le Meridien Hotel in New Delhi and was attended by over 200 delegates. Mr. Pandey was joined by industry leaders like Mr. Sandeep Bhambure, Veeam Software, Mr. Gaurav Malik, Successive Digital, Mr. Amit Sinha Roy, Tata Communications Limited, Mr. Vaibhav Gupta, EXL Service, Mr. Yogesh Malik, Equinix, and Mr. Sanjay Shintre, Nutanix India. While the event was themed on Next Gen Cloud: Powering AI Innovations, the discussion aimed at unlocking the synergies of Hybrid Cloud and Multi-Cloud Architectures and revolutionizing the landscape of AI workloads optimization. Mr. Pandey, while delving into the dynamic strategies that seamlessly integrate diverse cloud environments, maximizing flexibility, scalability, and efficiency for AI applications, also shared a use case to reinforce his point. The discussion also explored how innovative approaches empower organizations to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
