It was an honor to participate in the HRDI (HR Directors Indonesia) Summit 2026 held in Bali! Our Chief Human Capital, Thomas Suhardja, took the stage to discuss a topic close to our hearts: Employee Retention through Organizational Purpose. During the panel, Thomas shared a powerful insight: at Halodoc, retention isn't just about programs, it’s about a shared mission. People join and stay with us because they believe in our goal to simplify healthcare across Indonesia. When a team is fueled by a deep mission to serve, the work becomes more than just a job; it becomes a calling. Thank you, HRDI, for having us and for providing such a great platform to exchange ideas with fellow HR leaders. Looking for perspectives on HR strategy and leadership for your next event? In momentum with World Immunization Week 2026, we are proud to announce our partnership with PT Takeda Innovative Medicines to deliver a one-stop solution, from access to health information and education to doctor consultations, as well as further preventive measures to enhance comprehensive protection for families against dengue cases. Dengue remains a major public health challenge, with data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia showing that the average number of dengue cases in the past five years has nearly tripled compared to twenty years ago. Halodoc’s strength in digital health access, combined with Takeda’s proven track record in vaccine development, enables this collaboration to deliver targeted education on dengue prevention for healthcare professionals and public education via Halodoc’s digital platform, including access to dengue vaccination in Halodoc’s Homecare service. Through a symbolic partnership ceremony with Andreas Gutknecht, President Director of PT Takeda Innovative Medicines, Jonathan Sudharta, CEO & Co‑founder of Halodoc, stated, “Our partnership with Takeda has already doubled access to dengue vaccination services earlier this year compared to the previous quarter, and we hope to reach and educate even more communities across Indonesia.” Through sustained efforts, Takeda and Halodoc aim to help reduce the dengue disease burden and protect public health.

And a team that shows up every single day with the same passion that got us here. Here's to the next 10. 🚀
In commemoration of World Immunization Week, Halodoc joined with MSD in IVAXCON event - the Indonesian Vaccine Convention–discussing the future of vaccine education through effective immunization campaigns and communication, overcoming hesitancy and misinformation to ensure vaccines reach communities everywhere and remain a foundation of public trust. As one of the speakers, dr. Irwan Heriyanto, MARS, Chief of Medical Halodoc, stated that one of the main challenges for doctors in the digital era is caused by misleading narrative on social media, which enables non‑medical claims to compete with clinical evidence and often leads patients to self‑diagnose from non‑credible sources before consulting a doctor. To bridge this gap, Halodoc provides structured patient education and certified training for medical professionals through Halodoc Academy, certified by the Ministry of Health in 2025. He also highlighted the role of technology as a clinical support that builds trust between doctors and patients—seen when Halodoc’s digital ecosystem enabled drive‑thru vaccination services that made immunization easier and more efficient for healthcare workers and the government. This effort extends through Halodoc Homecare, facilitating at‑home vaccination for patients who feel anxious about visiting medical facilities or those with limited time. #HalodocInnovation #Vaccination #IVAXCON #SimplifyingHealthcare

Today marks 10 years of Halodoc. What began as a simple idea has grown into a platform that now touches millions of lives across Indonesia. This journey has been shaped by the people behind it, our Halosquad. Those who chose to start, to keep going, and to believe in making healthcare simpler and more accessible for everyone. Over the years, we've learned, adapted, and grown, always guided by one purpose: putting our users at the heart of everything we do. A decade in, and we're just getting started. Here's to everything we've created together, and to the many lives we'll continue to reach. #Halodoc #SimplifyingHealthcare
Halodoc recently participated as one of the speakers at the IDE Katadata Forum held by Katadata, addressing strategic economic challenges and opportunities in the era of digital transformation and AI disruption, within the framework of Indonesia’s 2045 vision. Through panel discussions with the theme "IDE - CONNECT!11 Road to Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (KIE) Jakarta Summit: Breaking Health Barriers”, Ardhitya Rinaldo, Managing Director of Halodoc, with dr. Elvieda Sariwati, M.Epid - Director of Primary Healthcare Service Governance Ministry of Health, RESTUNING WIDIASIH, Researcher at Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran, Yuni Dwi Setiyawati, CEO of the Summit Institute for Development, and dr. Randy H. Teguh, MM, Chairman of the Indonesian Medical Device Development Assosiation, shared insights on combating healthcare disparities in Indonesia with the role of digital technologies. Ardhitya Rinaldo emphasized the importance of stakeholder collaboration to overcome healthcare access challenges—by raising public awareness of telemedicine as a trusted option and educating communities to make informed health decisions, enabling broader and more equitable access to quality care. Moving forward, the discussion highlighted strategies for Halodoc in expanding healthcare access across regions and build a sustainable digital ecosystem that is inclusive, efficient, and equitable.
Halodoc joined the 2nd Annual CX Global Summit Indonesia 2026 with this year’s theme “Designing Trust. Scaling Experience. Leading Indonesia’s CX Future.”, where Indonesia’s top CX, digital, data, and business leaders shared insights on designing customer experiences that are scalable, yet remain human, inclusive, and credible, amid growing investments in AI across today’s evolving business landscape. Through panel discussions “Personalization vs Privacy – Striking the Right Balance”, Mulyadi Chiaki, VP of Product at Halodoc, emphasized that building trust in healthcare means clinical data stays in its care context, with clear boundaries that prevent it from being used for commercial purposes, and transparency as the key to making patients feel secure and valued. To bring this principle to life, Halodoc applies AI to enhance healthcare for patients and doctors, while staying committed to data privacy—introducing HILDA (Halodoc Intelligent Digital Assistant) and AIDA (AI Doctor Assistant), built on three strategic pillars: decoding Indonesian health semantics to capture patient intent, using adaptive flows to create personal and age-appropriate journeys, and ensure doctors remain the final authority. This session reflects Halodoc’s role in shaping a trusted health tech ecosystem in Indonesia by building AI‑enabled solutions that are grounded in user personalization needs while embedding privacy into every product experience.
This month, we celebrated International Women's Day by "Giving". In our special The Women Empowerment Paradox podcast session, we gave women a space to be heard, to share their stories, and to speak openly about the realities behind empowerment beyond the surface. A heartfelt thank you to our speakers, Fibriyani Elastria, Theresia Novi, Jennifer Fairence Hotama, and Ruth Novalinda for sharing that empowerment can be complex, overwhelming, and often deeply personal. From balancing expectations to navigating choices and facing unseen pressures, every journey matters. At Halodoc, we believe that true empowerment starts when we listen, understand and support one another in all our complexities. Cheers to more real and meaningful conversations! 🌹 #Halodoc #SimplifyingHealthcare
Our 'Buka Bersama' is one of those moments we look forward to every year at Halodoc. More than just a tradition, it’s a chance to slow down and enjoy a sense of togetherness outside our usual routines. This year, we also had a tausiyah on “Amanah as the Foundation of a Responsible and Caring Individual”, delivered by Ustaz Asep Supriatna. A simple but meaningful reminder that being reliable and caring shows up in the little things: how we take responsibility, how we support each other, and how we stay consistent through everything. As Ramadan has come to an end, we hope to carry that spirit of amanah with us, in the way we work and in the way we show up for others. 🌙 #Halodoc #SimplifyingHealthcare
