Ask Knowde, a B2B digital marketplace and e-commerce technology provider, which recently honored us with their first-ever Digital Innovation Award! We’ve announced our latest strategic acquisition: HS Butyl Ltd, the UK’s largest manufacturer and distributor of high-quality butyl tapes, which are extensively used in the construction, automotive, renewable energy, and infrastructure industries. Based in Lymington, England, HS Butyl is a family-owned business that exports butyl tapes to more than 50 countries. The acquisition of HS Butyl accelerates H.B. Fuller’s expansion into the $15 billion waterproofing tape market, which includes butyl tape technologies, known for providing strong, permanent, watertight seals for a wide variety of applications.

Today, we celebrate Juneteenth, a day that marks a pivotal moment in American history. On June 19, 1865, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation, the news of freedom finally reached the last enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas. In June 2021, Juneteenth became an official federal holiday in the United States.
