New year, new benefits! Starting this month, full-time, permanent Canadian Geotabbers will have the option to take part in a parental leave “top-up” program! We want to celebrate the joyous occasion of a new child joining the Geotab family, while assisting our employees with some of the financial constraints that come with going on parental leave. Eligible employees will now have a choice of two programs: our current Global Baby Bonus (which offers a generous lump sum payment), or the new parental leave top-up program that provides payment for up to 8 weeks.
