The Easter holiday is a time that families come together to celebrate and enjoy a festive meal. Leading up to this, #Geotabbers came together and participated in our annual food drive to help families in our community by collecting and donating canned food items for Kerr Street Mission! 🫘 🥫
Every year, we offer a scholarship in memory of Brandon Walii, son of long-time Geotabber, Tom Walli. The Brandon Walli #PhonesDownEyesUp Memorial Scholarship aims to raise awareness about the dangers of distracted driving and walking. If you are a Grade 12 student (or know one!) pursuing a post-secondary education in the Arts, Creative Arts or Music, share your suggestion of how we can remind others to put their #PhonesDownEyesUp to prevent accidents and tragedies as part of your application. Today on International Women’s Day, we are proud to honor and celebrate the achievements and impact of our #Geotabbers across the globe. We hosted a roundtable discussion centered around the book, Find Your Vitamin Person by Marian Rojas Estapé. The book challenges traditional ideas about toxic individuals and encourages us to surround ourselves with "vitamin people", those who uplift, inspire, and bring out the best in us. #IWD2024

February is Black History Month. Geotab is committed to creating and celebrating diversity and Black History Month. This is an important time for us to acknowledge and celebrate the various contributions and achievements of Black people throughout history and within our organization. It is also an opportunity to deepen our individual commitment to educate ourselves and be an ally by engaging and empowering Black people within our networks. Over the month, we will recognize the dynamic aspects of Black culture and history such as weekly ethnic food celebrations, educational resources and speaker sessions, as well as spotlight stories of our #Geotabbers!
