To mark #WomensHistoryMonth, meet EPCOR’s Board Chair, Janice Rennie. Not only is Ms. Rennie a driving force behind EPCOR’s commitment to exploring and executing on diversity, she is also one of Canada’s #WomenMakingHistoryNow holding one of only 5% Canadian board chair seats occupied by women. In the 1990s, Ms. Rennie took on her first major appointment to a board for an industrial company. She was pregnant at the time. “I don’t think they’d ever had many, if any, women on the board. Let alone one who was pregnant!” Read more about Ms. Rennie’s experience and her views on board diversity: https://lnkd.in/eRTFp5Zk #epcoresg
