Learning meets adventure! These young innovators from Linz are diving into the world of coding, all while enjoying the stunning riverside views. Who says classrooms need walls? 🌟 🌿 That’s what "Linz Codes!" is all about. Our Dynatrace team teamed up with CoderDojo Linz to run a two-day summer coding event for children ages eight and up. Dynatracers from our Engineering HQ volunteered to coach kids in Scratch programming, soldering, customizing games with AI tools, and even programming bee robots with Bee Bots. 🐝 Big thanks to CoderDojo Linz and Innovationshauptplatz der Stadt Linz for bringing this project to life. We’re not just sparking that curiosity about engineering, but helping kids explore how to use technology with purpose, logic, and creativity. 🌱

Our first-ever Green Weeks are in full swing! 🌱🌍 Over two weeks, our Green Team has organized events focused on bringing a more sustainable lifestyle into our communities. Powered by a global network of volunteers, we’ve been hosting in-office, outdoor, and virtual events: from Dynatrace, for Dynatracers. From Denver to Gdańsk and beyond, we’ve been cleaning up neighborhoods and parks, improving recycling rituals at work and at home, sharing tips on greener living in our cities, while enjoying locally sourced vegan lunches. Individually, we’re one drop. Together, we’re an ocean. 💙

Achievement unlocked—now make it kitschy. 💅 Every quarter, our R&D team celebrates the wins from the latest sprints. This time, the crew in Gdańsk took it to the next level with their creativity. Everyone understood the assignment and went all out in kitsch (including glitter and animal prints). Known for their epic Halloween and holiday celebrations and themed outfits, the Gdańsk team once again showed they know how to mix fun with high performance. 🚀
Our sales meetup was a blast in Denver. 💥 We partnered with Sistas In Sales and Blacks In Technology to discuss the power of collaboration in closing deals. Our second charitable clothing swap was a hit! 💜 Dynatracers from Dynaspace for Women organized their annual clothing swap at our Denver Office. We traded gently used professional clothes, enjoyed a social happy hour, and donated the remaining items to a non-profit organization, The Gathering Place, to support women and children in need.
