For 5 years, Dropbox has created dedicated space and time to ensure employees have the opportunity to give back to their communities, and foster relationships within Dropbox through our global days of service, Impact Days. These designated days of service span across Dropbox neighborhoods around the world with one goal in mind; do good. Check out how Dropboxers made an impact recently.

"As companies grow and scale, it’s easy to forget about the small things that you can do as a leader for that might feel straight-forward to you but will have a big impact for your team. I learned this recently as we were rolling out our 2023 strategy…it starts with me." -Dropbox Chief People Officer, Melanie Rosenwasser
Say hi to Susanne K., director of software engineering based in San Francisco. "I’m a mentor in our DEI sponsorship program for women and people from underrepresented groups. This is a fantastic program that helps people write self-reviews, and helps managers write the best descriptions of their team members’ work. This program allows every employee to get the best representation possible during performance reviews and promotion cycles. For women and minorities, sometimes it’s hard getting this kind of support. This program helps underrepresented talent learn to represent themselves well, and to be proud of their work. I want to continue doing this forever!" We asked Dropboxers, "What kind of impact do you want to make in the world?" See what others had to say.
Virtual First is a bold move for Dropbox: we’re aiming to completely rethink how we get things done so employees can be their best selves and do their best work, too. Here's what we've learned our first year.
