his Pride month, we kicked off our brand new DEI-focused series of workshops and webinars with our inaugural event, Diversity Unplugged. Our goal with this series is to explore a wide spectrum of issues revolving around diversity, equity, and inclusivity. Our first session was led by Ankit Bhuptani (He,Him,His), a Renowned DEI Speaker, Human Rights Advocate, and CSR Expert, and moderated by Roli Shukla and Avni Gupta from Damco Solutions. This enlightening discussion marked a pivotal moment covering topics ranging from redefining diversity to understanding why these conversations are essential for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
