Last week at ōLiv Madison and Hub LA, we created intentional moments of pause for our residents—wellness-driven events designed to help students decompress, connect, and reset before heading into the most intense part of the semester. Whether it was morning yoga at Hub Figueroa in LA or a rooftop reset at ōLiv Madison, each activation reflected what makes our communities different: hospitality-forward teams, immersive programming, and a deep understanding of what our residents really need. This wasn’t a one-off. It’s part of a broader strategy to shape the college experience in ways that feel real, local, and human.
We’ve hit a major milestone in Tucson.
