Brightview Senior Living was thrilled to attend this year's Maryland ProStart Program state competition. The program, which is affiliated with the National Restaurant Association, provides high schools with industry-supported, career technical education to achieve long-term, successful careers in the Culinary Arts Field. As a proud sponsor of the organization, Brightview was excited to connect with the students about Brightview Senior Living being a viable career path in Culinary Arts. The event allowed the students to learn more about the company and its commitment to providing high-quality dining experiences for its residents. The competition showcased the culinary skills of the students, who were judged by a panel of industry professionals. Brightview was fortunate to witness the incredible talent and passion of the next generation of culinary professionals. Overall, the event was a great success, and Brightview was honored to be a part of it. We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Maryland ProStart Program and supporting the next generation of culinary professionals.
The Brightview Senior Living team shared an incredible and energizing few days at last week's 2024 Brightview Leadership Conference. At our fun-filled Barbie-themed Awards Gala, we celebrated our many accomplishments from 2023, our unique culture, and our incredible team members who genuinely make Brightview a great workplace. We shared so many laughs at the hilarious skits put on by our colleagues while enjoying great food and drinks and even better company. It was truly a night to remember! During the conference, we rallied around our plans for 2024 and shared awesome ideas on how to elevate our hospitality and service for our residents. Being surrounded by 500 talented colleagues from their 50 communities and the Home Office team was a wonderful and inspiring feeling. The attendees undoubtedly left the conference excited for what's to come in 2024!
