This month is Mental Health Awareness Month. To show our support for our employees, we hosted speaker Deborah Saari from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Deborah discussed how current events and stress can impact our mental and physical health, tips for managing stress, and how to identify symptoms of mental illness in order to support ourselves and those around us.
