Last month in Dallas, Addus hosted 62 of our leaders from across the country at Ignite 11, our largest leadership conference in company history. Ignite 11 was a three-day event that brought together all Addus divisions to collaborate as one, exploring how to lead ourselves, our teams, and our business. Ignite 11 featured leadership conversations with our President and COO, Heather Dixon, as well as an interactive panel with our Operational Presidents, Ryan Noth and Travis Blaser. Following the general sessions, divisions participated in breakout meetings to dive deeper into key topics and discussions focused on advancing our mission and growing our business. We also enjoyed an incredible networking event at COSM, where we shared meals, stories, and laughter during an immersive show inside the video dome.
