At first the process seemed quite comfortable. I passed three interviews: with HR, with two hiring managers and a technical interview. I also provided all nesessary references from ex-managers and colleagues. And finaly I was told that next week it would be an alignment call with hiring manager and after that I will receive final feedback. That's all. No answer, no feedback. Three weeks from the last letter. HR doesn't answer. I didn't expected such an unprofessional behaviour from wefox. I am really dissappointed about the hiring process. What I also disliked - there was no requirement of Anaplan in the job description: "Anaplan knowledge is not required but a strong plus" but at the first interview I was told that a candidate with Anaplan experience is an ideal candidate. I don't have an experience only a certificate and I don't understand why they moved me forward three times and spent my time if such experience was critical. I also guess that all phrases about diversity are not true and that such an attitude toward me is a discrimination by nationality (I am from Russia). I don't recommend wefox to anyone!
