J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez vidIQ en févr. 2023
Entretien
I recently had a job interview process with a company, which consisted of three parts. The first interview was a regular first interview, and the conversation went smoothly. The second interview we discussed my experience, and the conversation was also pleasant. The third part was a technical task, which I completed, but unfortunately, I never received any feedback.
After about one to two weeks, I reached out to both, the first interviewer and the second interviewer via email to check on the status of the reviewing process, but I never received a response from either of them. I found this to be unprofessional and disappointing. Even if the company had decided to go with another candidate, it would have been courteous to receive a response regarding the situation.

The interview consisted out of 4 rounds: 1) Initial screening with vidIQ's recruiter, where I learned about the company & the interview process 2) Live coding session with a senior developer (which was great, best live coding experience I have - you clone repository a day in advance, so you have time to check the stack and what you will be probably doing, and you are just asked to make features to this repo). It took like an hour and no home assignment. Great! 3) Component design interview, which was theoretical only, basically you only answer how would you design certain component 4) Behavioural interview with hiring manager, where I answered questions of type "If you would be in this situation, what would you do". Afterwards I received an offer. The process (first call to offer) took a little less than 3 weeks, which I don't think is too terrible considering 4 rounds. I will add that I scheduled all calls ASAP after receiving an invitation, so if you don't do that it will probably take a bit longer :)
Overall I liked the interview process, even though it had a lot of rounds in my opinion. I enjoyed that the recruiter at vidIQ was extremely passionate about the work at vidIQ and it made me want to join even more :)
The interview is in 4 stages. The interviewer gave a good description of the company and culture, the interview was basically about getting to know the candidate and if they are a good fit. Questions was basically about previous experience and expectations. Overall it went well.
