The interview process was a general chat over the phone, which i thought was quite comfortable. The next step is a face to face interview. The interview was a set of compatibility questions based around your skills.

A very friendly introduction ,made to feel at ease ,friendly manner from the interviewees ,a series of competency questions then some back ground information from both sides.based based on my passed experience and methods of work , some history of the company . Pretty straight forward in my opinion .
