J'ai passé un entretien chez the tree (UK) (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Another case of ghosting. They approached me on LinkedIn after reviewing my application and asked for a few free time frames for a call. I prepared well for the call. Waited for it for 2 days. They still haven't contacted. Companies who are not serious about other people's time and effort are a serious red flag. Tells a lot about their culture.

Complete waste of time, and it seems like I'm not the only one.
After three interviews, including a complete strategy presentation, I never heard back, despite reaching out to them multiple times in the week post interview.
It looks like they're more interested in free creative ideation than actually hiring anyone — such a red flag.

Looks as though I’m not the only one to have experienced a negative experience applying for a job at The Tree. The process seemed to be going smooth, as I was invited in to present a task.
Having gone through this process meeting two members of staff in person, I was told I’d be informed in the coming week of their decision. But I haven’t heard a word since!
I’m not naive to understand they haven’t decided to hire me, but the lack of any contact post-interview is not only extremely unprofessional but just rude. Even a generic email (which still wouldn’t be great, but at least something) giving a definitive no would be suffice. But ignoring emails and listing a company phone number which doesn’t even work is just poor form all round.
