The overall process was good. The first interview was not what i had expected though. I had prepared some questions in regards to the role and were talking about som technical work about sustainability. It was then almost at the end that I felt like we maybe did not 100% understood each other. I were talking about my work with CSRD, and were at the end asked in the end of the interview if I had worked with any European legislation before (The CSRD is European legislation). Nothing bad against the sweet lady who interview me, I just think we misunderstood what we each were looking for. My impression afterwards is that she did the first personal screening, and I were under the impression that I were talking to a sustainability specialist. But overall, it has been a really good experience,
