Entretien
The process consisted in three online interviews: 30 mins with HR, 1h with two managers where you talked about your experience more in depth and you were a bit tested in your PPC knowledge, and 1h30 with a manager and a senior manager where you had to prepare a case in advance and present (20min presentation, and most of the other time was discussion and responding to questions). The full interview process since I received the first invitation to interview until I received the offer took around 6 weeks.

Question 1
Besides the classic questions (why LEGO, how do you think you could add value to the team, introduce yourself, etc), they also proposed several business scenarios and they asked what PPC campaign would you propose for them and why. They also went a bit more in depth and asked about specific features of the PPC strategy, such as bidding or keyword strategy, and our thought process while responding to questions.

Entretien
The interview process was pretty straightforward, and consisted of three interviews that were all between 30 and 60 minutes, the final of which required me to deliver a presentation that I had been given a week to prepare.
