A few days after submitting my resume and application, I received a call. I had applied just after the tet holiday season ended, and they were looking to hire more staff. Overall, the process was fairly smooth, and the interviewers were very nice and kind.

I was asked to briefly introduce myself and then respond to questions such as what makes me a strong candidate for the role, scenario-based inquiries, an example of a time I disagreed with a coworker, and a situation where I went above and beyond for a customer, among others.
