3 interviews with different people, each interview approx. 30 - 60 min., all done online, very friendly attitude, I could ask all possible questions, we discussed especially my previous practice, the scope of the work and mutual expectations.

I found the process to be very professional and well-planned. I appreciated all the e-mails with useful information I received both before and after each of the interviews in my recruitment process.

They inter alia asked me what I thought about expression a different opinion or solution in relation to a certain task, even if it does not align with that the majority of the team thinks about the case.

Smooth process, but I was surprised by the nature of the questions. They threw me off balance and the interview didn’t go too well for me. The professional questions were average.
