Entretien
Initial application, followed by a submitted video interview, an onsite assessment, followed by two rounds of interviews with hiring managers. The onsite assessment was a whole day of activities at the Billund office with presentations, student employee Q&A's, and a creativity challenge involving creating programs for LEGO robots, similar to FIRST LEGO League.

It was a one hour description of experience relevant to position. Then a further elaboration of the process and inquiry on possible ways to contribute. Some example scenarios and how I'd problem solve in them.

Entretien
The first interview at the LEGO Group began with a formal introduction to the organisation, followed by a panel of current student workers who were available for questions. Candidates were then grouped into teams of three to four, where they were assessed through a structured group discussion based on a technical case study prepared in advance.
The interview process was good. I was contacted by email on the details. The interviewers were really polite, asked a lot of questions related to education and interests and we had a conversation afterwards.
