4 steps, first three were really clear, then put on hold for a week to get a fourth round "case study" that was really an open-ended fact finding mission and did not address any specific work tasks or specific concerns that should have been narrowed down from prior interviews. Really disappointing experience given how positive and streamlined the experience has been for the rest of the candidates here.

Professionally done, simple and mainly HR asking you about the interest, expectation and experience and why you want to join lego and motivation. Growth and culture fit check etc etc.

Entretien
3 interviews in all. 1st was a screening by phone, second was online and third was in person in Billund. Overall good process, nice people. The process was a bit slow though.

The process was fast and smooth. It consisted of 4 steps including business case with HR, hiring manager and other manager. The company follow up quickly and efficiently informing you about each step. Very accommodating and flexible.
