I had three interviews - one with a recruiter, one with prospective colleagues, and one with the hiring manager. All 3 were brief and conducted remotely, but the gaps between them were long, and low on communication (for example, no response to any of my thank you or check in emails). As a result, I felt quite off balance, not knowing where I stood, and not having a lot of opportunity to learn a lot during the quick interviews.
