Online MS Teams interview in April 2022. Was asked to pitch myself, my motivation for an internship and what I wanted to achieve. After this, Sine Klitgaard reflected shortly on my input and explained a bit about the sustainability program and a possible internship.

Online interview only. Invite via mail. No doubts about the process and was asked to prepare a small piece about me and why I was interested in the position. I was introduced to potential brick mate and it was discussed what was required of me and what I stood to gain if employed. Nice and clear communication, though a physical meeting would have been nice too.

Entretien
It was easy and fast, very pleasant interview and I felt comfortable with the HR person. Many questions, but related to the role and your experience. Overall it was a good experience, and I learned a lot from it.
