I thouroughly enjoyed the interview process. It had a diverse group of interviewees who were very friendly and asked all the right questions and gave some really good input on the role and the company. The first interview consisted of a 30 minutes informal chat to assess my interest and initial experience. The second interview was with the hiring manager with questions about what I had done in the past, but also about the industry. For the third interview, I was asked to present a case study for about 15 minutes with follow-up questions.

There were four parts to the interview process: 1. Video recording interview - answering questions and sending the recording to the hiring team 2. Interview with the director of the TPM team and a Senior TPM 3. Case study presentation to the director of the TPM team and a Senior TPM 4. Conversation with hiring manager All of the interviewers were engaging and reflected the culture of welcoming and curiosity that is evident at the LEGO Group. The questions asked were pretty typical for a TPM interview and the case study was based on real-world programs of work, which gave a good flavour of the sort of thing you'll be doing at the LEGO Group.
