The first interview was one-on-one in online interview with the applicant. Second interview questions are aimed at helping the interviewer or panel visualize you in the role I felt very comfortable, without worries I just answered the questions. everything was good well organized.

I had 3 teams meetings. At the last one I made a study case.
It was a bit long process but I had a really good guiding and support from the LEGO group.

Thorough 3 round interview. Starts with check with HR, second round is which designers who already do the job. Last interview mainly consist of presentation of given problem. It was lengthy but great experience after all.

An initial phone call from a recruiter to assess fit for the role and alignment with company ethos followed by a Zoom interview. The structure felt a bit clunky and I had to ask many questions to be told basic information regarding the framework of the recruitment process.
