The interview process consisted of 3 steps. - A schedule half hour online interview with an HR employee - A one hour interview at HQ in Billund with a people leader and team lead - A one hour online interview that included preparing and presenting a job-related case to an HR employee and the team lead. I received the case 3 days prior to the interview, and it was about 10 minutes of presenting, followed by 15-20 minutes of related questions.

Three rounds of interviews (first one withHR, second one with Manager & Key colleague, and third one withManager, HR & process owner). Last round a business case to be presented.
