Interview consisted of 5-6 stages including a Business Case study. I had the chance to meet HR, the hiring manager, other colleagues, VP of my area and key business stakeholder. Interviews were tailored to the job spec and the key skills required.

Interview process involved a case study and two interviews. Due to another candidate's availability this was a long process. I was kept well informed throughout. The case study was open to interpretation, I think this was to test my analytical thinking, rather than my knowledge of a specific task.
