Went through a minimum of 5 rounds that had a very friendly, focused and empathetic approach that draws out your hidden skills and potential career derailers. It is useful to enter these conversations with humility, clarifying questions and targeted examples of own experiences that had failures or successes

Question 1
Questions revolved around:
- professional experiences navigating through uncertainties during technology disruption, market changes and enterprise evolution
- transformation and agile frameworks or tools used
- case studies of other companies' experiences when responding to market changes
- personal capabilities whilst navigating through chaos
First I met with the recruiter to make sure expectations were aligned. Then I went through three interviews (virtual as I was located abroad), where the last interview included a case study.
