I first applied for General Marketing but was quickly directed to Retail Marketing as a better suit. Two rounds of interviews, first was just general conversation, second the presentation on topic requested earlier (so I had about a week to prepare). Third interview in my case was additional with the Retail team and got the job offer the next day.
