Very friendly and calm atmosphere. My interview process was a two step interview. First I had a general interview about my personality, my career goals and working experiences. Secondly, I got a case a had to solve and present to directors in the team I was applying for. Allover a very good experience and feedback process.
It was a one hour description of experience relevant to position. Then a further elaboration of the process and inquiry on possible ways to contribute. Some example scenarios and how I'd problem solve in them.

Entretien
The first interview at the LEGO Group began with a formal introduction to the organisation, followed by a panel of current student workers who were available for questions. Candidates were then grouped into teams of three to four, where they were assessed through a structured group discussion based on a technical case study prepared in advance.
The interview process was good. I was contacted by email on the details. The interviewers were really polite, asked a lot of questions related to education and interests and we had a conversation afterwards.
