Very informal and relaxed interview, it took place in the back office with 2 of the managers. It's less of you explaining your skills and more why you wish to work at Lego specifically, and your passion for lego.

Everyone there was very welcoming and relaxed, easy to talk to. Overall very friendly atmosphere. Asked around six questions, had the manager and assistant manager present for the interview too.

Before my interview they asked me to pick out a set on the shop floor that I felt represented me in some way.
Usual interview questions then selling a set and identifying needs of mock client to try sell a set. Had online screening questions initially that were fairly easy. Received callback for interview on same day that wanted to conduct interview
