First interview - 20-30 minutes, talking through CV, job description and basic competencies with internal recruiter Second interview - 1 hour with team lead and other member of the team, competency based questions Third interview - 1.5 hours with VP and team lead, half an hour presentation on case studies followed by an hour of competency questions
