Straight forward - provide detailed information - simple and quick process - very enjoyable discussion around Lego and my own experience . The feedback has been prompt within few days. It is quite a record.

First stage was a 30 minute screener with a recruiter, second stage involved meeting the Hiring Manager for 60 mins. What started off as a positive process ended negatively with a very poor candidate experience. After the TA screen I was quickly booked in for a first interview to meet the Hiring Manager. Team were good with communicating and booking in. The TA handling the role mentioned they’d call before the HM interview to prep me but this never happened. HM interview went very well, at the end of the call the HM said they had no reservations and would be keen to progress but had more interviews to do. I didn’t hear back for almost a month, and after chasing the recruiter I received a generic rejection email saying they proceeded with someone more suitable. When I kindly asked if any more specific feedback could be provided I, once again, heard nothing back. As a job hunter in this very tough market, I totally understand that a more suitable candidate was found however, it was very disappointing to not get any feedback after investing time in interviews and to then be ghosted by the TA team. My advice would be to invest more time in training your TA team on candidate experience, while we all understand that individual feedback can’t be provided to every applicant who applies, you should absolutely be giving personalised feedback to every candidate that makes it to interview stage.
